Awesome service

It was later in the afternoon when Mike arrived and rain was on the way. It felt to me that he had had a long day. It didn't make a lick of difference to him. Mike was kind and professional. Got right to work and did what he needed to do. He offered suggestions and services in a professional manner and was on his way. Thermorstat and Parts installation

Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Will for sure be using Mike and Ryan for future HVAC services.

HVAC Service

Had a issue with my furnace not heating, contacted Comfort Experts. The next day they sent a HVAC Tech to inspect my system. Mike Robles right away identified the issue, provided clear and detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Mike checked my systems warranty and parts availability. A estimate was provided and when to expect the part to be installed. Mike was a pleasure to meet and has a professional and honest attitude. The cost service and repairs was reasonable and fair.

Plumber arrived on a clogged toilet call but toilet is not the cause it starts in yard line. Plumber does not have necessary equipment to complete the job. Mark Watkins and Zachary Walker will need to return tonight 12/12/2025 customer wants fixed tonight and are aware that it will be late. Will run sewer machine in yard line to unclog then a camera to evaluate the cause of stoppage Mark and I returned found yard line broke in 3 or 4 spots with roots in yard line. Pipe going into house has a big rise. Need to call customer in the morning to check on financing.

For this job, I worked on an evaluation on this gas furnace system. As I arrived, system was trying to run but blower would not turn on. After doing many different tests with the board, thermostat, and blower motor, the result was that we had a bad variable speed winding. Customer was informed and explained what was going on. On this job I found some discrepancies right off the bat. Inducer motor is worn out and makes a loud 🔊 when it kicks on. The condensor when it kicks on dims the lights and makes a bang when start up happens. The system is functional but needs work. She wants to talk to CA on Monday at 6:pm about system replacement.

12/6/25 Came out on a return visit to replace the zone board per the prior work order. After installing the board and running additional diagnostics, the board tested good. The issue was traced to a faulty sensor connected to the zone board, which was sending bad signals and causing the original problem. I explained this to the homeowner: we’ll refund the zone board, and bill only for the sensor and labor. Homeowner agreed. The replacement sensor is being ordered, and we’ll return ASAP to install and verify proper operation.

For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. System was tested and everything was working in great condition, however the thermostat was not changing temperature. I tested the house temperature next to the thermostat with my syvrometer and showed the customer that her thermostat was showing a wrong temperature. Completed a tune-ups on both system. indoor units found two dead UV lights bulb homeowner agreed to a place both . outdoor unit replaced a warranty capacitor and verified proper operation, will schedule a return visit to install the new UV light bulbs systems otherwise operating within normal specs

For this job we performed a supertune up. All cooling and heating components were working within normal limits. Very large amount of biological growth growing inside the supply plenum. Homeowner was wanting to consider a coil cleaning. I spoke to homeowner about oins in doing a duct cleaning for bio growth and doing some complementary cleaning if they commit to the duct cleaning. I reccomended either a UV bulb replacement or a UV replacement. Homeowner is considering different options with financing and may call back if they make a decision on any work. Noted low attic insulation, that's build up in the plenum and around the blower fan and early signs of biological growth also that was a low capacitor on the fan blower Plus I recommend to rebuild the drain line. homeowner requested an indoor air quality specialist visit and insulation estimate. she asked that the office call her later this afternoon to schedule
