I received a technician at my house within about 45 minutes of calling. He couldn’t have been nicer or more patient with all of my questions.
Danial A. took care of a temperature issue (not meeting desired temperature) that had been an issue. He demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills and would not give up until the issue had been identified. Although a not so easy issue to determine, his focus and determination resulted in properly identifying a circuit board issue. Upon quick receipt of a replacement circuit board, Danial returned and replaced the bad circuit board. Again, he was just as thorough as before ensure that the system was operating properly and meeting the desired temperature. Throughout troubleshooting and repairing our system, Danial A. provided updates of progress and answered numerous questions. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final results! For future servicing, we'll definitely request Danial A. as our technician.
Quick response, found the problem and offered solutions

We had an issue after hours and Mike R. From Comfort Experts came and did an amazing job and returned next morning to finish it.
I called this service when I had problems with leaking pipes and a leaking faucet in my kitchen sink. The service people came out, gave me a quote and then promptly completed the work. They did a good job.
Today I performed a cooling tune-up. No significant abnormalities were noted during inspection I did recommend a hard start kit because there is not one installed on the system, for longevity purposes. I also recommended a membership in general for annual maintenance benefits and discounts. No further suggestions were made, thank you for choosing for experts have a great day!

For this job I performed an evaluation. Initial complaint was that the thermostat was reading a temperature and it did not feel like the temperature the thermostat set. No significant abnormalities were noted during evaluation on either mechanical or refrigerant side of the system. I did know that the attic had a insufficient amount of insulation and recommended adding insulation. Homeowner requested an estimate for a duct cleaning as well. Homeowner declined any work at this time and just wanted estimates sent for future reference. No further suggestions were made thank you for choosing comfort experts have a great day!
On arrival secondary drain line float switch was tripped. Removed p trap at sink and blew down HVAC line. Hooked shop vac back up at unit and it pulled a strong vacuum through HVAC line. Primed p trap and system resumed cooling. Advised customer that the drain line is definitely clear, but if this problem persists we will either need to add a sump pump to the system or have a plumber give quote on rebuilding drain line that is passing through drywall. Plumber visit needs to be scheduled for Tuesday
I have completed my electrical inspection I found that the electrical panel although itself is a little bit older the wiring was updated and cleaned up gfci's are located inside of the house and the other building all of which are wired correctly and surge protection is present
Found bad start kit replaced part unit working properly now Freon level is good
For this evaluation the customers system was not working at all. When I started in the attic and connected to the furnace via cool cloud the condenser was throwing a 04 fault code or locked rotor code. Looking back at the history this has happened a number of times so I recommend it to the customer that we install a hard start kit which she went ahead and allowed me to do. The initial LRA was 130A with a Max pull of 122A. After installing the hard start kit it brought the startup amperage on the compressor down to 86A. Customer would like to have a plumber come out Tuesday 17 June for some faucets to be replaced.
