Kellen was great, 5 stars for knowledge and explanation, very punctual. Unfortunately, the quote was well over 3x competitors to replace the evap coil and complete other items on the inspection report. Also, please do not post advertising stickers on property/equipment that for one, you have not serviced, and secondly, were not given permission to do so.

Customer thought we where here for hvac
Arrived onsite customer was worried about generator not starting maybe gas pressure issue. Inspected issue found that the home is piped with medium pressure gas and there is no regulator on the gas line before it goes into generator. Customer said he can install the regulator on line himself. I did however write an estimate for customer for halo 5 water filtration system. He is going to speak to his wife about us installing new water treatment system for them and get back to us.

4/30/25 Today we return to complete record of replacing the drain pan attached to the evaporator coil however train sent the wrong size we need to have this corrected with the manufacturer and make sure that the horizontal drain pan that they send us matches model number tem4a0c60s51sba serial number 18384NTT3v Holding for parts
4/30/25 Upon arrival tech found that the drain was clogged. We are going to have to reschedule the tune up due to outdoor conditions system is operating properly at this time. Tech is pausing job for us to reschedule tune up
2018 5t gas attic horizontal. Manufacturers warranty until 2028/2030. Filter changed. Heavy amounts ts of what looks like dry wall dust is present inside indoor unit. No IAQ. Declined membership. We spoke about IAQ and cleanings. Emailed estimate and homeowner claimed he will talk to his wife and then respond to email. Left an IAQ brochure. Homeowner needs a plumber to look at the generator, may be some discrepancy with the gas line. Generator is not functional. Claims he installed it himself then had an electrician do the rest. Also issues with water filtration. Plumbing inspection set for 5/1/25. Due to the downpour, ,my helper for the day could not put a sticker on the outdoor unit.
Arrived onsite customer had some washing machine valves leaking from the packing nut on top. Went ahead and tightened packing nut on valves. Turned water on and tested no other leaks detected on valves. Wrote estimate for valve replacement and membership Customer just moved into home said he is waiting on his home warranty to activate to make major repairs.
On this job I had to re position fan motor because home owner took it apart to clean it and the fan blade was caught up in it's own wires. Causing high head pressure to occur. The system is over 20 years old but he's not looking to replace just yet.
Completed AC tune up all electrical components good amp jaws good free on level is good temperature split good filter good drains clean and clear system is operating normally
Upstairs gas furnace 4t close upflow. Drain line clear. Filter replaced. Blower inspected. Evaporator coil inspected. Supply and return plenum inspected. Electrical tightened. Burners inspected. Compressor and refrigerant inspected. Upstairs unit met all manufacturers tolerance specifications. Fully functional. 2012 Downstairs 4t gas closet upflow. Expired manufacturers warranty. Drain line has rust stains but clear. Filter - date on Filter was 2022 and extremely dirty, I brought homeowner to the issue and explained why this is unsafe and not optimal for system longevity and performance. Replaced. The main disconnect is compromised, not working at all. NEC states any high voltage Circuit must have a proper disconnect of power. A major saftey concern. Blower wheel has a layer of buildup. Electrical tightened on the circuit board. Evaporator coil has visual oil stains, performed a leak detection and detected refrigerant molecules. Supply plenum has biological growth present.
Two system super tune up performed today. Both units are Amana heat pumps with air handlers installed in 2024. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressos and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Both units working properly upon departure.
Diverter spout not working correctly. Very low pressure at faucet. Contact person is brother-in-law to homeowner and cannot make final decision. Very low pressure at hall bath tub/shower valve. House is still plumbed with mostly Galvanized pipe and fittings. Recommend complete repipe Emailed options. No work done at this time
